Rubber Cutter

Rubber Bale Cutter is specially designed to cut rubber bales into required lengths / sizes. Rubber Bale cutter provides excellent performance with rollers and assures the ease of movement of the rubber bales. Steady and durable the bale cutter is available with semi and fully automatic cutters and is suitable for natural and synthetic rubber bales. The rubber bale cutter has strong steel construction with hardened blade and a hydraulic power pack for efficient performance. Mixing Mill

The basic design and construction of the SDE Mixing Mill has been subjected to continuous improvements which have permitted them to keep pace with the day to day needs of the industry.
Available in sizes varying form 6” x 16” to 26” x 84” for compounding, warming, sheeting of various grades and types of rubber and other material.
In the category of Mill also available in different sizes are Refiners, Crackers, Grinders, Rubber Breakers Mills and Asbestos Sheets.
Salient features include chilled cast iron rolls, frames, caps, journal boxes in high grade casting, gear of cast iron or steel casting and MS steel fabricated as per requirements. Special alloy leaded bronze bushing suitable to take heavy separating forces and to give longer wear life, gravity/ forced or flood lubricating systems rolls suitable for steam heating/ water cooling, positive pull back fail safe system for emergency stop. Special accessories include strip, cutters, stock dividing guides, stock blenders etc.

Cylindrical Grinding Machine

The Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine ideally suited to performing repetitive grinding operations or small quantity production with equal ease. It can grind both Rubber and Steel by only changing the Grinding Plate. Features of our existing range of machines. All models have hydraulic and mechanical table traverse. Wheel head rapid approach for the operating conveniently. In all models variable speed of work head and internal grinding spindles facilities are available if required on all models. We use antifriction Turcite “B” slid –way material on the slides in all our models. Hand – operated lubrications pump for sufficient lubrication of slides. Surface finish 2 microns (improved Ra values can be obtained by using selected grades of grinding wheel applicable to material to be ground.)
